St Paul’s Church Family Camp

Lodge Hill Campsite, Nr PulboroughThe Family Camp was now become a regular and successful fixture on the St Paul’s diary. Lodge Hill campsite and accompanying fine weather (!) have been booked again and we do hope you will make it a success by joining in.

The intention is to start the weekend on the Saturday morning, and finish after lunch on Sunday afternoon. That will give us plenty of time to do a variety of activities. On the agenda is lots of games, walks, just relaxing in the sun, camp fires, singing, etc.
‘I’d love to come, but we don’t have a tent’. No problem! Some tents can be provided by the church but we do need to know in advance. You will need to provide your own bedding (sleeping bag, duvet) with a carry mat, lilo, or camp bed, and also your own crockery and cutlery, but a full ‘kit list’ will be produced near the time.

All the catering will be done centrally. The site does have a shower and toilet block, a covered cooking area (with ovens and kitchen equipment) and a hut, so we will have a few mod cons.

If you have never camped before this is a good way to try it out !
The cost of the weekend will be around £15 per adult and £5 per child (over 2), with a maximum of £40 per family.

To guarantee your place please contact us by 18th July.
